Customer Success Manager £25-35k


Thyngs is looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to manage key enterprise customer and partner relationships.

You are passionate about customer success and committed to getting them the answers, support and resources they need to achieve it, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction. You will also be confident in supporting the sales and marketing teams in acquiring, developing and closing new business when required.

You’ll work closely with our customers, developers, and graphic designers to deliver the smooth running of our products and services, whether that involves the core platform or additional bespoke support. You will also define and implement effective training resources and methods for the Thyngs platform to support our customers.

Above all, you will be focused on creating and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with enterprise customers, and committed to ensuring their get maximum value from their investment.

Sales Manager £32-£48k


An experienced and highly driven sales professional is required to help define and build out new sales channels for the Thyngs SaaS Platform. This is a rare opportunity to take a leading role in one of Norwich’s latest tech start-ups. Joining a newly established company you will have the opportunity to define the vision of the sales function for future and build a highly effective team to support the business ambition. The role requires a mix of strategic direction, lead generation and deal closing.

You will work closely with directors of the business to identify key sectors and generate opportunities.

You will propose and implement sales processes and techniques to generate leads, manage pipelines, close deals and generate maximum revenue.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to help define the types of leads that should be generated and pre-qualified through marketing automation, for sales readiness.

You will be working with the CEO to identify and forge strategic partnerships with marketing agencies and suppliers of promotional materials.

Lead Software Developer C# £32-38k


As Lead Developer, you will take a key role in developing the Thyngs SaaS platform. You will work with a small team of developers, to design and build new features which will improve management and analytics for millions of Thyngs interactions.

You will work closely with the CTO to continuously improve the effectiveness of the team, ensuring best practices are implemented across the development cycle.

You will take a lead role in ensuring platform availability, speed and reliability is maintained.

You will lead the team through an end-to-end sprint based development cycle, guiding all aspects of development, and influencing the future of the platform and its technology.
