Shaun has been helping small businesses and startups achieve their aims in business for over 20 years.  He has always had a passion for tech and as such leads the firm’s internal IT department.  Shaun firmly believes that all businesses need to embrace technology to survive and prosper and encourages clients to take advantage of cloud bookkeeping technology through the use of a packaged outsourcing service MyLB.

Shaun will be talking about cashflow, budgeting and forecasting. The session will feature a worked example using a short-term forecasting template.
